El Salavador Santa Maria RFA
Finca Santa Maria is a sixth generation coffee farm in San Salvador. It’s not exactly what you’d expect from an old family farm: the Aguilars have about 150 hectares of land, and fully embrace new technologies to assist in the processing stage. Every year they manage to improve their tasting scores with our importers. This is quite nearly a 100% Bourbon, with just a little Pacamara thrown into the mix.
This coffee is super-smooth - almost silky - and has a pleasant almond taste true to its typical Bourbon flavor profile.

Recommended for pour-over, French Press, automatic coffee pot.
