Cold Brew Blend
Summer is not over yet! There’s still plenty of time for barbeques, camping trips, and some afternoon kayaking. Why not brew up a little cold brew and find yourself refreshed and satisfied during your late summer adventures?
Here’s how to match our recipe at home:
In a 32 oz French Press, add 70 grams (approx. 10 tablespoons) of coarsely ground coffee. Fill with cool water. Stir. Place the plunger atop the press, but DON’T PRESS. Allow to steep overnight, about 12 hours.
In the morning, agitate the grounds one more time and depress the plunger. Decant and serve over a generous amount of ice. Enjoy!
