Costa Rica Tarrazu Single Estate ASOPROAAA
Costa Rican coffees are often blended together at large mills, mixing the good with the bad, which often leaves us with a familiar, if mediocre product. The ASOPROAAA co-op micro-mills coffees for each individual estate in their purview and gives us a more honest representation of coffees from the region. The co-op also assists with social and community development.
Earth and dark chocolate with a hint of lemon.
Recommended for French Press.
