Guji Coffee Export is a vertically integrated coffee export company. Owner Grima Edema has spent 20+ years developing strict quality control measures at every step in the process: only the ripest cherries are purchased and processed by the Guji dry mills, processing is done by watchful employees by hand, and they even maintain their own vehicle fleet. From the purchase of the highest quality coffees to shipment from Djibouti to marketing strategy, every part of the process is monitored closely.
And as you well know, we at ACR love naturally processed Ethiopian coffees. This coffee has a silky medium body, and a pleasantly bright acidity.
